Beef Braciole
Delmonico steak rolled with egg, cheese, & roasted red peppers simmered in marinara sauce & served over pasta

Stuffed Chicken
Chicken breast stuffed with brie & apples then deep fried and served with Chef’s choice of potato & vegetable

Pesto Primavera
Vegetable blend sauteed in pesto and tossed in ziti
