I have had the honor and privilege to be the co-chair of the SPCA of Luzerne County Golf Tournament for the last 4 years and we have held our annual golf tournament the Friday morning before Memorial Day each of these years at Sand Springs. The facility is so clean, the staff is so nice and accommodating to our needs....
