Tender chunks of pork loin tossed with mixed vegetables in a sweet & sour sauce; served over white rice

Chicken Calabrese
Chicken breast sauteed with onions, sweet peppers, & banana peppers in a white wine garlic sauce. Served with Chef’s choice of potato & vegetable
 

Blackened Chicken Tortellini
Blackened chicken & broccoli tossed with cheese tortellini in a light alfredo sauce
