As a facility that has a PA food license, all food served at weddings and event must be prepared onsite by our staff.  The only exception is the allowance of outside pastries and baked goods.

We do allow pets to take part in outdoor ceremonies and picture taking.  However, we cannot allow pets inside the venue.

Yes.  We offer a 10% discount for any military personnel who have their wedding at Sand Springs.  Please note that this cannot be combined with any other discount or promotional wedding package or offer.

Sand Springs is currently in the process of building overnight accommodations that couples and guests will be able to rent.  More information on these accommodations will be coming soon.

Yes. Our wedding venue has a minimum guest count of 125 guests for Saturday weddings held May through October. There is no guest minimum for a wedding held on a Friday or Sunday.

Yes.  Weddings held on a Friday receive a 5% discount on package pricing, as well as discounted room and ceremony fees.  Sunday weddings receive a 10% discount on package pricing, as well as discounted room and ceremony fees. Please note that these discounts cannot be combined with any other discount or promotional wedding package or offer.

Our Celebrations Ballroom can accommodate up to 250 guests.
