Sand Springs has been lucky enough to call Chef Mark Martine our Head Chef for more than 10 years. After training at the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Mark worked at a number of recognizable establishments including DIsney World and the Hotel Hershey before returning to the Hazleton area. During his 40 year culinary career, he has owned a local bar/restaurant and spent time as a teacher and Culinary Department Head for Keystone Job Corps.

When he is not cooking delicious dishes at Sand Springs, Chef Mark enjoys spending quality time with his wife Janet, and children Mark Jr. and Rebecca.
