Our Rooms, Your Special Event!

Welcome to Sand Springs! We love meeting new people and helping them plan their special events. We have several rooms on property that can hold small dinners of 25 all the way up to large parties of 250 guests! We can provide our guests with food, beverages, desserts, linens and chairs.

Epernay Room

Our Epernay Room is in the upstairs of our Clubhouse and can comfortably hold up to 32 guests. This space is perfect for small intimate gatherings, rehearsal dinners, and business meetings. Being upstairs offers privacy from the rest of the building and your own restroom. This space is also used as the bridal suite on wedding days. The girls (or guys) can utilize it in the morning to get ready for the big day!

Magnolia Room

The Magnolia Room is located right off our restaurant bar area and can comfortably hold up to 50 guests. This room is very popular for bridal and baby showers with the gorgeous artwork on the walls and cozy feel.  Also, you have the option to upgrade to colored linens and chairs to go with your specific décor! The Magnolia Room has enough space to seat all your guests as well as provide tables for gifts, desserts & the buffet! We have found that having the restaurant and bar right next to the Magnolia Room is a real benefit for our bridal and baby showers. Often we find the men sitting at the bar enjoying some wings and watching the big game while the women play games and open presents just a few feet away from one another.

Celebrations Ballroom

The Celebrations Ballroom is our largest room on property and can hold a maximum of 250 guests. Our permanent 20×20 dance floor is perfect for showing off those dance moves at a birthday party or displaying all the adorable gifts at a baby or bridal shower. Above our fireplace is a beautiful wood mantle which our guests can decorate as well. We have seen everything up there from pictures and flowers to monograms and balloons! For our guests over the age of 21, we have a bar located conveniently in the ballroom so no need to walk down the hall to the restaurant for an alcoholic beverage. This bar is completely private for your event and we offer a variety of bar plans to meet your guests needs. For our business meetings or sports banquets that would like to make presentations, we have a microphone system, podium and a screen that drops right down from the ceiling.
