The History of Sand Springs
For more than 20 years, Sand Springs Country Club has been a highly regarded venue for weddings, events, golf, and dining, as well as a first-rate community of high-quality, handcrafted homes, patio homes, and townhomes. Acquired by the Tuskes family in 2002, Sand Springs has continued to uphold its commitment to quality customer service as both the club and surrounding community have grown and developed. Known as “the public’s country club,” Sand Springs has served as a retreat for local residents and visitors alike to relax with a round of golf, to dine with friends and family, and to join in the cherished memories of loved ones at weddings and events as they celebrate special moments together.
Since its inception, Sand Springs has made a number of wonderful additions to the property. In 2013, the grand Celebrations Ballroom was constructed with a classically elegant look, featuring cathedral ceilings and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. Seating up to 250 guests, the Ballroom has been the picturesque backdrop for many weddings, events, and gatherings since its construction. The following year, the Gardens at Sand Springs became the perfect addition to the club’s lush landscape, providing a beautiful outdoor ceremony site and cocktail hour patio for weddings. Enhancing the stunning landscaping is a stone waterfall, covered outdoor seating, and a granite-topped stone bar. The modern, spacious Lotus Room, with seating for up to 150 guests, was added in 2021 to provide guests a room with a perfect view of our pristine golf course. The Lotus Room is perfect for golf tournaments, showers, birthday parties, and more.
