Hi, I'm Samantha
I am your Director of Events at Sand Springs Country Club. I graduated from Marywood University in 2015 with my Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management. In 2016, I started at Sand Springs working in both events and weddings initially as a banquet server and was promoted to the assistant event and wedding coordinator in 2017.
I have been working in the hospitality industry since I was 16 years old where I started out as a busser and waitress at local restaurants. Throughout high school I was a culinary arts student, so I was able to gain knowledge food preparation, design and service. During my time at Marywood University is where I discovered my passion for event planning. My senior year I had the opportunity to intern with an event
planning company, after that I was sold! Since working at Sand Springs, I have had the opportunity to plan and coordinate every type of event from intimate rehearsal dinners to large company holiday parties.
I love meeting new people and helping make their vision a reality. From the moment you walk through the doors, to the day of your event, I am here to help guide you every step of the way. Each event receives my utmost attention throughout the planning process and the day of execution. My experienced serving staff, professional bartenders and I will make your special day a success!
