• What is the HOA Responsible For?

  The HOA is responsible for entrance ways and common areas (including street lights and fire hydrants). Note: All villages pay for their own HOA.

• I Would Like To Add An Addition On My Home, Who Do I Contact?

  You would need to obtain permits from the Bulter Township building department. Any additions must follow the bylaws.
